Week 2

This weeks theme is Balanced Meals. Through the videos and activities, you will learn all about your body and how it can balance what we need. You will be introduced to the plate model by Canada's Food Guide which is a useful tool to keep in mind when planning balanced meals. Not everyday will be perfectly balanced, which is okay!
