This week’s theme is Balanced Meals and Fuelling for Fitness. Through the videos and activities, you will learn all about building a balanced meal and will be introduced to the plate model by Canada's Food Guide. Not every day will be perfectly balanced, which is okay! You will also learn about physical activity and hydration.
