This week’s theme is Food and Mood, where we talk about eating to fuel our minds, ways to manage harder days, and mindful eating. Eating well is one way we manage our mental health! This week we will be making recipes that will bring us both energy and comfort. We look forward to seeing the masterpieces you build and all the tasty treats that you make.
