Week 4
Welcome to week 4 of summerlunch+ at home summer programming!
This week’s theme is Why do We Eat which will teach you about how food can be an ally in life through activities, videos, and tip sheets. This week you will also be introduced to three important building blocks of nutrition. These building blocks are carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
