Welcome to week 3 of summerlunch+ at Home!

This weeks theme is Balanced Meals. You will be introduced to the plate model by Canada's Food Guide which is a useful tool to keep in mind when planning balanced meals. Not everyday will be perfectly balanced, which is okay! When creating the recipes for this week, be sure to customize them and make them your own!
