Cheesecake Dip

Yield: 6 servings

 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional)

    or 2 tbsp more cottage cheese

  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)

  • 4 squares of graham crackers

    finely crushed

  • A serving of your favourite fruits/

  • ***For a chocolate cheesecake

    option add 3 tbsp cocoa power

    + 1 tbsp extra of sugar/

    sweetener

Equipment:

  • Large bowl

  • Food processor/blender or whisk

  • Cutting board

  • Knife

  • Measuring cups/ spoons

  • 2 plastic bags

  • Rolling pin

Directions:

If using a blender or food processor:

  1. Add cottage cheese, cream cheese (optional), sugar/sweetener, vanilla, and cocoa powder

    (optional)

  2. Blend until smooth

If using a whisk:

  1. Add cottage cheese, cream cheese sugar/sweetener, vanilla, and cocoa powder (optional) into a large plastic bag and roll with a rolling pin until mainly smooth

Topping/sides:

  1. Place your graham crackers into a small bag and crush them finely with a rolling pin. Sprinkle the crumbs on top of the dip before serving.

  2. Wash and cut up your favourite fruit: ex cut apples into wedges, remove tops from strawberries cut grapes into bunches

  3. Serve dip alongside the fruit and enjoy!
