Berry Cobbler

Ingredients:
3/4 cup ww flour + 2tbsp
2 tbsp corn starch
2.5 tbsp oil
1/4 cup sugar, + 1 tbsp for topping
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
3 cups of your favourite frozen or fresh berries
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Pre-heat over to 350F.
Into a large bowl measure out, whole wheat flour, cornstarch, cinnamon, and 1/4 cup sugar, mix together.
Add in oil and 2 eggs beaten.
Stir liquid ingredients into the flour mixture until it becomes a wet dough consistency.
Into the baking dish measure approximately 3 cups of your favourite berries.
Sprinkle in cornstarch and sugar and toss until fruit is coated.
Pat the fruit into an even layer and top with spoonfuls of the Cobbler dough.
Smooth the dough out until it covers large sections of the pan.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 tbsp of sugar overtop of the dough.
Bake for 30-35 mins until fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden brownmesan cheese
